6:00-7:00 pm: Welcome Dinner 
7:00-8:30 pm: After dinner tea and welcome community circle
After 8:30 pm: Free Time (read, take a bath, enjoy the b and b, and downtime)

6:00-7:00 am: Morning Yoga led by Jen C
8:00-9:00 am: Morning community circle (coffee, how did you sleep, daily journal prompts)
10:00-11:00 am: Breakfast 
11:00-12:30 pm: Free time (shower, bath, read, relax, journal wander around Saint Johns)
12:30-1:30 pm: Lunch
1:30-4:30 pm: Self-care activities led by Jen C
4:30-5:30 pm: Free Time (shower, bath, read, journal, meditate, walk)
5:30-6:30 pm: Dinner 
7:00-9:00 pm: Bonfire (smores)

7:30-8:30 am: Morning Yoga led by Jen C
9:00-9:30 am: Morning community circle (coffee, daily journal prompts)
9:30-10:30 am: Breakfast 
11:00 am: Empty rooms
11:00-noon: Closing community circle
